COMPANY NEWS REGARDING STOCK AVAILABILITY

This is eyes on the ground situation in China regarding the timing and delivery of the goods found on cv-mask.com.

Even though the new export regulations in China are onerous to our endeavor at this super critical juncture in trying to mitigate our health and safety outlook, they are ultimately beneficial because shoddy and counterfeit products cannot be exported, at least to USA.

In our own example, the goggles and gowns had to get 3rd party certificates now to clear export regulations. A container of each was delayed one week until they obtained 3rd party certification.  These have now been cleared for export and are due for arrival May 23.   On the positive side, a container of gloves has arrived and a container of protective face shields are on the water.

For the time being, the Chinese regulatory situation is set, and suppliers in China are required to meet regulations designed to assure medical quality PPE.  With new regulations in place, it will become part of the routine export declaratory process without further ado.  Anything resembling medical PPE product must be certified as medical grade for USA imports.  If there is anybody to blame for the scarcity and difficulty in obtaining PPE look no further then government policies worldwide.

We can see the ultimate benefit of this policy in assuring authentic products that can be used with confidence.  On the downside PPE is trickling in and our people are in crucial need of PPE where every day is a life or death situation.  The situation is steadily improving as far as getting a hold of critical PPE.

CV MASK LLC is obtaining medical grade PPE by default and have carefully chosen suppliers who can meet the high certification requirements.

In order to have enough stock we have containers coming in for nitrile and vinyl gloves, protective face shields, non-fog goggles, PP isolation gowns and  hand sanitizer.  We expect this stock to be sold before arrival.

Masks will be continuing to be delivered by air courier and air cargo, although air lanes are clogged to the max with PPE going out all over the world, currently taking 1-2 weeks for delivery.

In addition we are sourcing new suppliers with our close friends and associates in China to broaden our supply lines and effect the lowest pricing possible.

While it has been tough going for any and all parties venturing to obtain PPE, we feel that once things settle down a bit it will be easier going for us.  This is because of our expertise working in China for the past 20 years has us well positioned to navigate the treacherous waters now plaguing is.

We expect this situation of PPE to be difficult to obtain worldwide for the next 8 months.  Raw materials for PPE is tremendously back-loaded until well into summer. This includes critical latex and rubber materials for gloves as well as melt-blown fabric used to make gowns and masks.  These deficiencies will result in dire shortages for the next 8 months for the entire world.  On the plus side, new nanofiber materials are capable of producing masks of very high quality that are washable and reusable.

CV-MASK.COM recommends to place standing orders now in order to lock in today’s pricing.  Prices in PPE will be volatile for the foreseeable future and will only rise due to the chronic short supply of raw and finished materials and an increasingly difficult to navigate and more expensive regulatory framework.
